Very easy to prepare and carry with you in a smoothie container.
- 1 scoop 180 Superfood Protein Blend (Coconut Vegan or Whey)
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- ½ tsp vanilla bean powder
- 200ml water
- 1/2 avocado
- 4 almonds with skin on
- ½ grapefruit (shave skin off)
