The 180 inspired high protein zucchini dip is a super-simple healthy snack you can whip up in minutes. Perfect with a few slices of celery and carrot sticks which will add more plant-based fibre, keeping you feeling fuller for longer. Ideal for those moments throughout the day when you’re feeling peckish.
Ingredients:
- 1 x organic zucchini
- 1 x tbs of fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 x clove garlic
- 2-3 x tbs of natural yogurt
- 1 x 40g serve of Superfood Protein Blend (coconut)
- Handful of parsley
Method:
- Simply pop all the ingredients into a blender and blend. Best served cold.
