Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 and 1/2 cups milk of your choice (soy used here)
- The zest of one small/medium lemon
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Pour milk into a saucer and heat it up, add the chia seeds and stir. Keep the heat low and stir regularly, after a couple of minutes add the lemon zest, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Let thicken and add a splash of milk if needed. Then add your toppings…
