Nourish Me Breakfast Smoothie

Breakfast has often been described as the most important meal of the day. A balanced nutritious breakfast can help you make better nutritional decisions throughout the day. This smoothie recipe gives you a mix of protein, fats and plant-based fibre, is not sugar-loaded and gives you energy to power through your day

Ingredients (1 Serve)

  • ½ avocado
  • 2 heaped tbs of natural yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
  • A handful of mixed frozen or fresh berries
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk or water
  • 1 serve 180 Superfood Protein Blend (Coconut)


Add ingredients to blender and blend until desired consistency.
