Stu: How’s this for the most amazing and delicious looking berry smoothie bowl. If breakfast looked this good every morning I’d set my alarm a little earlier to savour the experience. Big thanks to the talents of Amy and Jess from Feeds4Speed who are the creators of this recipe 🙂
Ingredients
- A couple of frozen bananas
- A big handful of frozen cauliflower (yes really)
- A handful of frozen carrot
- Couple of handfuls of spinach
- Organic Peruvian Maca powder
- Ton of frozen berries
- Around 4 heaped spoonfuls of yoghurt
- Cinnamon and turmeric
For the toppings
- Peanut butter, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, passionfruit, puffed corn and apple crumble granola
Method
- Add to blender and mix all together.
- Add the toppings and enjoy 🙂
