Green Gut Support Smoothie

180 nutrition gut loving green smoothie

Angela: This smoothie is full of goodness to help support a healthy gut. Pure L-Glutamine is good for maintaining and healing the gut lining. All the ingredients are gluten free and gentle on your digestive system.


  • 1/2 Kiwi Fruit
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Cream (or 1/4 avocado) I use the brand Organic Honest to Goodness
  • 2 tsp Tahini paste
  • 1/2 tsp Pure L-Glutamine
  • 1 Scoop Superfood Protein Blend (whey or vegan coconut)
  • 1 tsp Cacao powder
  • 1 scoop Greens plus powder
  • 1/4 cup of ice cubes
  • Add enough purified water for desired consistency. I like mine thick so minimal water is used.


  • Blend all ingredients together and enjoy
  • Serves 1
