Popcorn Cacao Bark

Stu: How’s this for a different take on popcorn for all of us out there that like a bit of chocolate too. Big thanks to Alice Bingham (aka @aliceinhealthyland) for this recipe 🙂


  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp organic peanut butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 tbsp raw organic honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 handfuls of organic popcorn
  • 1 brown rice cracker


  1. Melt the coconut oil, peanut butter and honey together
  2. Add the cacao powder to the melted mixture
  3. Then mix in the popcorn and the (broken up) brown rice cracker
  4. Mix well and pour into a mould or a tray
  5. Allow to cool in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
