Q: Are you going to run out of stock?
No, we should be fine as we have a solid supply chain supported by a well-stocked warehouse that factored in unforeseen circumstances as the media unfolded.
Q: Where are your ingredients sourced from and are they still safe?
Our focus is to source locally grown Australian ingredients where possible which comprise the bulk of our products. When this isn’t possible or supply is compromised due to local issues (like drought or bushfires) we have alternative suppliers across the globe. Every ingredient is supported with strict quality assurance certification and is packed and delivered to rigorous safety standards. All of our partners have completed additional staff training to ensure our high standards are met.
Q: Will delivery be an issue?
As an Australian owned and operated company we proudly use Australia Post to deliver all domestic and international orders. We have been advised that Australia Post have a robust business continuity plan which should minimise any impact during this time. To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading Coronavirus, delivery drivers may ask you to stay inside and leave the parcel on the front door for you to collect once the driver has left.
Q: Should I stock up while I can?
We don’t think that this will be necessary as our shelves are stocked and our supply chain is solid. If you are still concerned we offer larger sizes of our most popular products that should see you through.
