Ingredients
- 80g almonds
- 100g dates
- 70g coconut oil
- 100g Brown rice syrup
- 220g oats
- 30g 180 Nutrition Superfood Protein Blend (choc)
Method
- Melt the rice syrup and coconut oil
- Then mix all the ingredients together
- Bake at 160° for 30 minutes
- Decorate with sunflower seeds & enjoy
